These regulations are contingent upon governmental mandates and will only take effect upon official order.

To allow us to hold events Safely we have put the following guide lines in place    

  1. Our venue is a large open space hall with high ceilings that allows air to flow through.
  2. Our venue safely operate a one way system
  3. Please allow space and social distance ‘2 meters or 1 metre plus with a face mask’
  4. Mornings / Afternoon time slots will be limited or no waiting time
  5. We have an Open garden area 
  6. Separate toilets for male,female and disabled guest that are regular cleaned and sterilized
  7. Private toilet area for guests and vendors
  8. Please wash hands regularly 
  9. Large changing area for cosplay groups
  10. Hand sanitizing stations around the venue
  11. please wear a face mask while attending our event, Free masks will be available
  12. Free gloves if needed
  13. Temperature checks before entering venue
  14. On the site first aid station
  15. Recorded entry of every visitor
